When you submit journal content or quiz answers for AI analysis, that content may be transmitted to AI service providers to generate your score and advice.

5. Voice input

If you use voice input, your device or speech recognition services may convert speech to text. SleepMaxx uses the resulting text to create your journal entry and generate analysis. You can use typed entries instead of voice input.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide SleepMaxx, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and support legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion by contacting support.

7. Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional journal content, stop using voice input, cancel subscriptions through Apple, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available in your region.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

SleepMaxx is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
